broil on nonstick foil

NOTE TO CHEF: PLACE COOKING SHEET IN MIDDLE OR LOWER POSITION

3-4oz     5-7 minutes

air fry 375F

pan fry

pre heat pan to medium high heat, hon

NOTE TO CHEF: FINISH WITH A LEMON PARSLEY BUTTER BASTE


grease pan before placing crabcake mix onto pan

brown on each side for 2-3 minutes


minimum temp  *145*F (rare) - 165F

cooking from frozen (vacuum seal highly recommended)

once mix is thawed completely, 

choose any above cooking method listed above


crabcakes last up to 6 months in the freezer
